Body corporate managers

Common area access control, master key system maintenance, after hours emergencies in unit complexes, compliance work on shared entry points and fire doors. We carry public liability insurance to $20M which meets most body corporate vendor requirements.

Strata managers

The same body corporate work, framed for newer strata title developments. Master keys, common area lock changes, compliance with QLD strata requirements.

Airbnb and short stay hosts

Smart lock setup with rotating guest codes, guest lockout response, integration with Airbnb host workflows. The biggest single time saver for hosts is replacing keys with codes, and we install and configure the major smart lock brands properly.

End of lease rekeying

Productised offering for landlords and PMs handling tenant turnover. Fixed price per door, fast turnaround, scheduled to fit between tenancies.

Portfolio smart lock rollouts

Smart lock installation across multiple properties quoted as a package. We install and configure the major brands and set up code rotation systems that integrate with how hosts and managers handle check-ins at scale.

Setup

Phone us or fill out the contact form mentioning property manager. We send a short account application, an authority to bill form, and a copy of our insurance certificate and licence. Most accounts are set up within one business day.

Day to day

Authorised contacts at the agency or body corporate ring our dispatch line directly. The job is logged against your account, the quote is given on the phone, and the work goes ahead. Tenants do not need to be involved in payment or scheduling.

Billing

One itemised statement at the end of each month with every job that ran on the account, payable on standard 14 or 30 day terms. Each line item shows the property address, the job, the date, and the price.

Reporting

On request we provide quarterly reports on job patterns across a portfolio. Useful for body corporate AGMs, agency principals reviewing maintenance budgets, or insurers tracking incident rates.
